The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that it has received notifications from Tadeusz Sosgórnik and Janusz Marzygliński, members of the Supervisory Board of Apator SA, about the purchase/sale transaction of 10,000 registered shares of Apator SA concluded between them on September 9, 2024 and sale of 517 bearer shares of Apator SA on September 9-10, 2024 by Tadeusz Sosgórnik.
