The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that the offer of Apator SA for the supply of Concentrator-Balancing Kits (CBK) for Energa Operator SA was selected as the most favourable one. The value of the offer is 20,8 million PLN and the performance of the supplies will take place in 2025.  

At the same time, the Issuer indicates that the bidding procedure was not conducted under the public procurement procedure. As a result of the selection of the offer, the Issuer is obliged to conclude the agreement, which will take place at the turn of the 3rd and 4th quarters of this year.

The CBK is a key element of the smart grid, operating at the level of the MV/nn substation, which enables communication between remote reading meters operating on the basis of PLC technology.
