Incorporation of FAP Pafal into Apator Group, the roots of which date back to 1897, when the Berlin scientist and industrialist Hermann Aron established a branch of the plant in Świdnica under the name of H. Aron Elektrizitätszähler-Fabrik GmbH.
Another company joins Apator Group - a manufacturer of household and industrial bellows gas meters and reading systems. The history of Apator Metrix dates back to 1948, when the 'Pomorska Fabryka Gazomierzy' was established in Tczew following the decision of the Minister of Industry and Trade.
Apator Group expands its competencies in the field of systems for managing network assets incorporating Rector into the organization, which has been operating on the market since 1994.
The metering segment is supplemented with water meters, heat meters and heat cost allocators thanks to the Powogaz company, whose history dates back to the Municipal Waterworks of the City of Poznań. A group of their employees was selected as the nucleus of the 'Warsztatów Wodomierzy', where the first water meters were produced. Then, a company was established with the 'Polski Wodomierz' sales office, currently Apator Powogaz.
Relocation of Apator SA
Relocation of the company's operational headquarters from Toruń to a modern production and development center in the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone in Ostaszewo near Toruń.
Apator Group incorporates a company specializing in the production of systems and devices that support the work of energy services in the field of transmission and distribution of energy - Apator Elkomtech (currently in the structure of Apator SA).
