The Management Board of Apator S.A. (“Issuer”) announces that on February 11, 2025 concluded a technology partnership agreement (“Agreement”) with RITTAL GmbH&Co KG (“RITTAL”), which belongs to Friedhelm Loh Group, an industrial concern operating on a global scale. 

The cooperation of the Parties also includes the design and manufacture by Apator S.A. of a family of fuse switch disconnectors with optional electronic modules monitoring the status of fuse links. The disconnectors are dedicated for low-voltage switchgear and ensure compatibility of the devices with RiLineX system of RITTAL. Sales will be made on the basis of current orders. The Management Board estimates that in 2025 the projected revenue may amount to several million zlotys with the prospect of successively increasing it in the following years.

RITTAL, headquartered in Herborn, Hesse (Germany) is a global system supplier of, among other things, control cabinets, power distribution systems, IT infrastructure and software and service, and its solutions are used in all fields of industry.

In the Issuer's opinion, belonging to the RITTAL partner network is significant from the point of view of the performance of the announced business strategy for the switchgear line (shown in the Electricity segment) and investments carried out by the Issuer. The cooperation will allow to introduce to the market the innovative fuse switch disconnector designed by Apator - the product used in RITTAL's comprehensive solutions.

Moreover, Apator as one of the key partners and the only supplier of NH fuse link disconnectors for RiLineX system, participates in the process of development of the joint offer based on the latest market requirements, allowing to increase brand and product recognition.
