With reference to current report no. 28/2024, the Executive Board of Apator S.A. informs that on March 7, 2025 it concluded the second contract for the supply of Concentrator-Balancing Meter Sets with Energa - Operator SA for the continuation of the project of metering substation.

The value of the agreement is PLN 10.4 million net with a delivery date of late 2025 and early 2026. The terms of the agreement do not differ from those commonly used in such agreements, including contractual penalties.
