The Management Board of Apator SA announces that the subsidiary Apator Rector Sp. z o.o. has concluded the contract with Tauron Dystrybucja SA (“TD”) with the net value of 45 million PLN. The agreement relates to the provision of maintenance, support and development services for the Power Grid Asset Management IT system implemented at TD between 2025 and 2028.

The terms of the agreement do not differ from those commonly used in such contracts, including contractual penalties.

The Power Grid Asset Management System supports the operation of the Distribution System Operator in the area of comprehensive management of infrastructure and business processes, and provides a comprehensive, digitized database of network information.
