With reference to current report no. 19/2024, the Executive Board of Apator S.A. announces that on July 19, 2024, it concluded with PGE Dystrybucja S.A. the contract for the supply of remote reading 1 and 3 phase meters for end users connected to low voltage network.

The value of the contract (including the right of option) is a total of PLN 126.9 million, of which the value of the basic contract is PLN 92.7 million.

Deliveries will be made within 21 months from the date of the agreement.
