The Management Board of Apator SA announces the dates for the submission of periodic reports in 2025:

1) Consolidated quarterly reports:

• for Q4 of 2024 – 27 February 2025,
• for Q1 of 2025 –16 May 2025,
• for Q3 of 2025 – 14 November 2025.

2) Semi-annual reports for the first half of 2025:

• separate semi-annual report – 29 August 2025,
• consolidated semi-annual report – 29 August 2025.

3) Annual reports for 2024:

• separate annual report – 25 April 2025,
• consolidated annual report – 25 April 2025.

Pursuant to Art. 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information delivered by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Dz. U. /Journal of Laws/, item 757), Apator S.A. will not publish a separate and consolidated quarterly report for Q2 of 2025.

Pursuant to Art. 62 sec. 1 of the aforementioned Regulation, the Company will not provide separate quarterly reports, while the consolidated quarterly reports will include separate quarterly financial information.
