The Management Board of Apator SA announces the dates of publication of regular reports in 2015:
1. Extended consolidated quarterly reports :
- for IV quarter 2014 - 19 February 2015  (Thursday),
- for I quarter  2015 - 15 May 2015  (Friday),
- for III quarter  2015 - 16 November 2015  (Monday).
2. Separate interim report for I half 2015 – 31 August 2015 (Monday).
3. Consolidated interim report for I half 2015 - 31 August 2015 (Monday).
4. Separate annual report for 2014 - 30 April 2015 (Thursday).
5. Consolidated annual report for 2014 - 30 April 2015 (Thursday).

Apator SA does not publish the report for the second quarter 2015  based on §101 para 2 of the Resolution of Minister of Finance regarding current and regular information being transferred by the issuers of securities and conditions of the information to be considered as equivalent one required by law of the country not being the member of the EU.

Based on § 83 para 1 of the above mentioned Resolution, Apator SA publishes only extended consolidated quarterly financial statements with condensed separate financial statement of Apator SA
