With reference to current reports no 5/2024 and 6/2024, the Executive Board of Apator SA announces that it has received from ZUP Emiter sp. z o.o. and Incobex sp. z o.o. successive orders for the assembly and delivery of integrated balancing systems (“balancing systems”) for the total amount of 39.3 million PLN, with the term of delivery until the end of October 2025.

The Issuer informs that these are the last orders for assembly and delivery of balancing systems for Energa - Operator SA within the framework of the non-public proceeding entitled “Supply of integrated balancing systems”.
