Insurance of entities of Apator Group
Current report no. 34/2015
The Management Board of Apator SA announces that since 1st July 2015 till 30th June 2016 the consequent comprehensive insurance programme of property insurance and civil liability insurance of entities in Apator Group is binding and it covers:
1. Contracts concluded with insurance group PZU SA/STU Ergo Hestia SA in the scope of insurance of:
- civil liability for the activity being run and placing the product on the market,
- property against all risks,
- loss of the profit based on property insurance against all risks,
- machines against damages,
- electrical machines against electrical damages,
- electronic equipment against all risks,
- property in international and home transport
Total value of premiums – PLN 521 000, total insurance amount – PLN 697 m
2. Contracts concluded with PZU S.A. for motor civil liability insurance and travel insurance
Total value of premiums – PLN 77 000, total insurance amount – PLN 2, 9 m
3. Contracts concluded with AIG Europe Limited Sp. z o.o. based on essential policy and ACE European Group Ltd. Sp. z o. o., HCC International Insurance Company PLC and TUiR Allianz Polska SA based on second layer policy, in the scope of civil liability of the members of management in entities.
Total value of premiums – PLN 110 000, total insurance amount – PLN 100 m
The contracts do not include any special conditions that could be different to ones being commonly used in such type of contracts. Moreover, the contracts have been concluded without any restrictions to the condition and term and they do not include provisions concerning liquidated damages.
The criterion for the above mentioned contracts to be considered as important contract is the value of insurance amount that exceeds 10% of equity of Apator SA.
