The Managing Board of Apator S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that, acting within the authorisation granted thereto pursuant to resolution No. 19/V/2019 of the Ordinary General  Assembly of Apator S.A. of 27th May 2019, in the period between 14th  and 22th August 2019, during the trading sessions on basic market of Stock Exchange the Issuer purchased:

- on 14th August 2019, 1000 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 each, for the average unit price of 23.00 PLN per one share, within transactions making up in total 0.0030% of the share in the initial capital and 0.0018% votes at General Assembly,

- on 19th August 2019, 1000 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 each, for the average unit price of 22.90 PLN per one share, within transactions making up in total 0.0030% of the share in the initial capital and 0.0018% votes at General Assembly,

- on 20th August 2019, 1000 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 each, for the average unit price of 23.00 PLN per one share, within transactions making up in total 0.0030% of the share in the initial capital and 0.0018% votes at General Assembly,

- on 21th August 2019, 300 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 each, for the average unit price of 23.00 PLN per one share, within transactions making up in total 0.0009% of the share in the initial capital and 0.0005% votes at General Assembly,

- on 22th August 2019, 900 own shares of nominal value of 0.10 each, for the average unit price of 23.00 PLN per one share, within transactions making up in total 0.0027% of the share in the initial capital and 0.0016% votes at General Assembly.

On the 16th August 2019 Issuer did not make any transactions.

The transactions were carried out through the intermediary of Erste Securities Polska SA.

As the result of the conclusion of the above described transactions, the Issuer has 4200 own shares, making up in total 0.0127% of the initial capital and giving the right to 4200 votes at the General Assembly of the Company, which makes up 0.0076% of the total number of votes.

In total, since the start of buy-back of own shares, the Issuer purchased 21900 own shares giving 21900 votes at the General Assembly of the Company, representing in total 0.0661% of the share capital and 0.0397% of the total number of votes at the General Assembly of the Company.

In the attachment the Company submits the list of detailed data with reference to the transactions of the purchase of own shares carried out between 14th  and 22th August 2019.
