The Executive Board of Apator SA announces that on 15 January 2025 it received the information on selection of the offer of Apator SA as one of the four most favorable ones in the tender organized by Enea Operator sp. z o.o..  The public tender conducted in the innovation partnership mode concerns the design, manufacture and delivery of smart electricity meters (for single-phase and three-phase) with communication modules.

The agreement establishing the innovation partnership (the “Agreement”) will be concluded by the end of January this year and will include four stages of implementation of the Agreement with schedules. The first stage of the Agreement will involve the development of technical and contractual requirements, the second and third stages of the Agreement will involve research and development and obtaining MID certification, and the fourth stage will involve the introduction of the smart meter with the communication module into production and the execution of deliveries.

The value of the Company's offer is PLN 62.3 million, and deliveries are expected to begin in late 2025/early 2026, after the three earlier stages of the Agreement have been passed.

The Issuer will announce the conclusion of the Agreement in a separate current report.
