Electricity production and distribution management
Modern EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)/CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) systems are designed for power grid assets management and maintenance management in the electrical power industry. These solutions support the operation of energy companies in the area of comprehensive infrastructure and process management, and provide a comprehensive network information database with the most recent data. Systems, as well as IT tools are designed by us for the largest distribution network operators in Poland and for energy companies - DSO, DSOn, TSO.
EAM/CMMS system solutions designed by us include:
- SID - Distribution Information System
- ZMS - Power Grid Assets Management
Our solutions implement the main business processes and objectives of the utilities sector, supporting the core activities of energy companies by connecting and exchanging data across the organisation. The systems are used for power grid assets management, network operations and as a distribution service, providing key data for operational activities. The system modules can function together or independently of each other. As a result, the functional scope can be adapted to the individual needs of each company and implementation can take place in stages. Increased control of operations and detailed reporting of management-level data enables key business decisions to be made.
The individual modules of our systems (ZMS/SID) support the business processes listed below: |

SID DOCUMENTS |
Documents stored in the repository are classified and described by metadata sets, which makes it possible to quickly retrieve them based on uniform mechanisms. Each new document is associated with the selected domain module and can be modified multiple times after its creation. A new version is created upon each change to the document; such a new version can also be deleted. Access to documents is provided based on user permissions and is managed through the Active Directory mechanism, which is a common tool for defining resources and permissions for the various systems available to users. |
